Article 1 Purpose

Article 4 Conclusion of Use Contract

Article 7 Operational Duties

Article 8 Duties of Members
① Members shall comply with the matters prescribed in these Terms and Conditions, all regulations, announcements, and operational policies prescribed by the operator, and shall not interfere with the work of other sites or damage the reputation of the site.
② Members shall not transfer or donate the right to use the service and other status under the contract of use to others without the explicit consent of the site, and shall not provide it as collateral.
③ Customers must pay close attention to ID and password management and cannot provide and use ID to a third party without the consent of the operator or site.
④ Members shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of operators and sites and third parties.
Article 9 Hours of Service Use
① In principle, service hours shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, unless there is a special obstacle in business or technology. However, the site may temporarily suspend the service on the date or time set by the site for regular system inspection, expansion and replacement, and the suspension of service due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the website, so please refer to it frequently.
② However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service without prior notice or notice in the following cases.
- In case of urgent system inspection, extension, replacement, failure or malfunction
- Where there are force majeure reasons such as national emergency, power outages, natural disasters, etc
- Where a key telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
- Where the normal use of services is hindered due to the congestion of service use, etc.
③ In the event of service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the site shall notify the members in advance through a notice, etc. Provided, That if it is impossible to notify the suspension of service due to reasons beyond the control of the site in advance, it shall be replaced by a post-notification.
Article 10 Termination of Service Use
① If a member wishes to terminate the use contract with the site, he or she must apply for the cancellation of registration online. On the other hand, apart from terminating the use of the site, you must separate the use contract for the site.
② Upon request for termination, the site-related programs provided by the site are automatically deleted from the membership management screen, so the operator can no longer view the information of the termination applicant.
Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use
A member shall not engage in any of the following acts, and if he/she commits such acts, the site may restrict the use of the member's service and take legal measures, and may terminate the use contract or suspend the service for a fixed period.
① The act of registering false information at the time of membership or when changing information after membership
② the act of obstructing the use of other people's sites or stealing information
③ impersonation of the site's management, staff, or stakeholders
④ Any act that infringes on the personal rights or intellectual property rights of a site or other third party or interferes with the work
⑤ Unlawful use of another member's ID
⑥ The act of collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information about other members without their consent
⑦ an act that is objectively considered to be associated with a crime
⑧ Acts in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
Article 12 Management of Posts
① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the site. The operator shall always monitor bad posts and materials, and when he/she discovers or reports bad posts and materials, he/she shall delete them and warn the members who registered them.
On the other hand, the publisher is responsible for the posts posted by members of the user, so members should not post posts that violate the terms and conditions of use.
② If there is a request for correction from public institutions such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator can delete or move the post without the prior consent of the members.
③ The criteria for judging defective posts are as follows.
- Where the content is grossly insulting or damaging to another member or a third party
- In the case of disseminating or linking content that violates public order and customs
- If the content encourages piracy or hacking
- In the case of commercial advertising
- If it is objectively recognized as being associated with a crime
- In case of infringement of other rights, such as copyright, with other users or third parties
- Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations
④ The site and operator may temporarily suspend posting (suspending transmission) if they receive a request from a third party to suspend posting due to defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Article 13 Retention of Posts
If the site operator suspends this site due to unavoidable circumstances, we will notify the members in advance and endeavor to take all measures to facilitate the transfer of the post.
Article 14 Copyright for Posts
① The copyright of a post posted by a member on the site belongs to the member who posted it. In addition, the site cannot use the post commercially without the consent of the publisher. However, this is not the case for non-profit purposes, and it also has the right to publish within the service.
② Members may not commercially use materials published in the service, such as the act of arbitrarily processing and selling information acquired using the service.
③ The operator may delete, move, or reject registration without prior notice if it is deemed to fall under each subparagraph of Article 12 regarding the contents of the site posted or registered by the member.
Article 15 Compensation for damages
① All civil and criminal responsibilities arising from this site are primarily held by the members themselves.
② If the damage received by the member from this site is force majeure, such as a natural disaster, or if it is caused by the member's intention or negligence, we will not compensate for the damage.
Article 16 Disclaimer
① The operator is exempt from liability for damages caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefits from the site's service provision or the selection or use of service materials.
② The operator is exempted from liability in the event of a failure in the service base of this site and telecommunications services provided by other carriers, and any damages incurred in connection with the service base of this site are in accordance with the terms and conditions of this site
③ The operator shall not be responsible for any material stored, published or transmitted by the Member.
④ The operator shall not be responsible for any failure in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The Operator shall not be responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between the Members, between the Members and third parties, or within or outside this Service of the Members.
⑥ The operator is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, and accuracy of the materials posted or transmitted by the member and all materials that the member may receive on this site.
⑦ The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred in the event of a commodity transaction, etc. between members or between members and third parties through services.
⑧ The operator shall not be responsible for any disputes arising between members or between members and third parties without any cause attributable to the operator.
⑨ The operator shall not be responsible for any damage to the member due to intentional or unintentional negligence in the management, inspection, repair, replacement, or software operation of the server or other facilities, the system failure due to an attack by a third party, the spread of computer viruses that have not been developed by prominent domestic and foreign research institutes or security-related companies, or other force majeure reasons beyond the control of the operator.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions will come into effect from <2023.10.23.>.
